The reason I picked this photographer is because I like how he does black and white pictures. Also, I love how his style is dramatic lighting and he gets highlights of the models’ hands. In addition, since he used dramatic lighting when you look at his photos there seems to be a story behind it. Karsh preferred to shoot against simple backgrounds, often black, and with no props or distractions. He sits and researches his subjects to bring how their personality and inner-self.
